Management Team
Sanjoy founded Acogent Technologies in the Silicon Valley, California. Capitalizing on the rapidly expanding demand market for software services and consulting in the B2B and Collaborative Commerce market, Sanjoy built Acogent into a recognized niche player in this space. During this period Acogent won contracts from Flextronics, USPS, British Telecom, and many others.
Prior to founding Acogent, Sanjoy was the Regional Manager, South Asia, for Philips Electronics, B.V. for their Information Technology Products Divn. He was part of the Business Unit headquartered in Netherlands.
Earlier Sanjoy worked for IBM (Persian Gulf), PCL and Godrej & Boyce. He has a total of almost 18 years of experience of which 13 years have been in the Information Technology industry.
Sanjoy has a B.Tech in Mechanical Engg. From IIT, Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
Pankaj Kathuria, Executive VP - India Operations
Pankaj has over 23 years of experience in managing software projects. He has managed projects for clients in America, Europe, and South East Asia and in India. From programming to managing mission critical projects to setting up large offshore Development Centers, Pankaj's experience spans the entire bandwidth of software development and delivery operations. Pankaj has worked to define and implement projects with several organizations, which include Puerto Rico Telephony Company - USA ($10+ Million project), Home box office( HBO) - Singapore, etc. During the past 9 years, has been directly responsible for managing long-term Development Partner relationships with clients in U.S.A., Europe, Singapore and India. Pankaj is an Engineering graduate from Thapar Engineering college- Patiala and did his Management programme from Indian Institute of Management- Joka.
Pankaj is well versed in the latest technology trends and has contributed to the growth and management of high tech companies spanning multiple locations and countries in last 10 years.
Dhurjati Chatterjee, Chief Architect
Dhurjati spearheads the Software Development Base Unit of Acuita. With an industry experience of more than 19 years, Dhurjati has helped organizations to achieve success in mission critical projects with his technical expertise and wisdom. Well versed in Technology and Tools in the Microsoft platform, Dhurjati leads a highly competent and energetic group of SME at the Acuita Centre of Excellence (COE). Dhurjati's prior engagement includes Manjshree InfoTech, Cybron Systems, and Century Extrusions among many.
Dhurjati is a Graduate of Science and alumni of Institute of Modern Management, Calcutta. He has also received extensive training from Microsoft Corporation and is an Oracle Certified Professional.
Kaushik Bhattacharya, AVP - Sales
Kaushik heads the Business Development and Sales team for Acuita. With an industry experience of more than 14 years, Kaushik has successfully promoted the services of Acuita to our customers and helped the positioning of brand Acuita as a Microsoft Certified Partner. A Post Graduate in Systems Management and Masters in Business Administration (Marketing), Kaushik's prior engagements includes ORG Informatics, Peerless Infotech Limited.
Kaushik is an integral part of the core management team at Acuita, which is working towards positioning and account management of Acuita's Dynamics centric services and solutions.
